I production managed this new writing fringe piece of theatre from the start in January 2025 through to its fringe debut in August 2025 and its previews in May 2025.

This was my first time working with original writing requiring workshopping of the script throughout rehearsal, changing props changing set and changing cues across the rehearsal process.

This was a very collaborative piece of work due to its workshop nature and having the writer working on the whole project. Allowing everyone to contribute creatively to develop the show into many iterations across the 8 months

I helped with choosing and organising the venue, reading contracts, making funding applications, risk assessing and scheduling. As well as designing the lights for the production and operating the lighting board for fringe and DSM-ing for previews.

Problem solving was key to this production to solve issues within differing venues, short amounts of time and tight budgets. The main problem being unstable benches which needed to be stabilised and prevented from splintering to the best they could be.
